You can return any item within 28 days of receiving your order. All returned items will be verified: these must be returned new and in their original condition. As such, any returned product that is damaged or worn will not be repeated and you will be returned.

Be sure to polish your fixture regularly with a soft cloth and a clear polish cream for brass/metals. Most polish will not scratch fine metal.
